Mei is a high school girl, estimated around 16-17, and because shoujo anime gonna shoujo anime, has a number of canonical potential and actual love interests estimated in their early 20s and spends most of the series engaged to one of them. The canon glosses it over as a fluffy wish-fulfillment fantasy, and I similarly won't be bringing up the age gap in-game, but if you don't want Mei to bring up her love life at all or don't want to be tagged with her, please let me know here.
